At present, the problems of poor working environment and high labor intensity still exist in the internal mixing workshop of tire factory, which will inevitably face the recruitment problem. Therefore, it is urgent to upgrade the equipment and promote the automation and unmanned of the workshop. As the main raw material processing equipment of internal mixing workshop, the upper auxiliary machine has basically realized the centralized processing and machine automation of powder system and oil system. Only each machine of rubber system needs personnel participation, and the labor intensity is high.

In order to meet the needs of customers and realize the automation and unmanned of rubber material system, the centralized processing system of rubber compound is regarded as an important research and development topic in recent years. The automatic film delivery device is the core part of the film unmanned scheme. It can realize seamless docking from the logistics warehouse to the upper auxiliary machine by cooperating with automatic logistics, RFID, automatic rubber tray conveying line, etc.

For this reason, the soft control R & D project team has visited the site for many times in more than one year to understand the status of different film formulations after lamination, and discuss with customers the improvement scheme of the core gripper.

Up to now, the automatic handing head device of soft control film has gone through three iterative upgrades. The latest automatic film handing device 2.0 appeared on the site of X customer. This upgrade is subversive. The R & D team has improved the gripper in many ways, and the slender gripper can effectively deal with the problem of film collapse. According to the field test results, the automatic head handing device 2.0 can grasp the film with the collapse depth of less than 300 mm, which can meet the requirements of most tire factories. Moreover, the success rate of automatic grabbing reaches 99%, which lays a good foundation for realizing unmanned film processing.

The upgrade of the soft control automatic film delivery device is that the film is automatically read RFID information after it is delivered to the upper auxiliary machine according to the formula requirements, so as to realize the material confirmation and traceability, and then the film is lapped to the cutting machine through the automatic film delivery device, so as to realize the automatic slice weighing and feeding of the cutting machine. The whole operation process is completed automatically without the participation of personnel. It can realize single person and multiple internal mixer on duty. At the same time, a series of work such as pulling rubber tray, scanning bar code and lapping film to cutting machine are reduced, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of personnel.
