China tire intelligent manufacturing and Standardization Alliance released six standards. From December 7 to 8, the working conference of China tire intelligent manufacturing and Standardization Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the alliance) and the six standards release meeting of the alliance were successfully held in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. The meeting was presided over by Wang Kexian, director of the expert technical committee of the alliance and Secretary General of the national tire and rim Standardization Technical Committee. Wang Kexian stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the exchange of intelligent tire manufacturing technology on the platform of alliance; to promote the upgrading of intelligent tire manufacturing technology with standards as the guide; to promote the close cooperation of the industry chain of intelligent tire manufacturing with the implementation of standards; and to promote the normative development of intelligent tire manufacturing in China according to the development idea of "building consensus, standardizing standards and leading the intelligent upgrading of industry" To realize the transformation and upgrading of rubber tire industry.
The standard construction of intelligent tire manufacturing is always the main work of the alliance. Firstly, the alliance designed and constructed the standard system of intelligent tire manufacturing, covering three categories of basic common standards, key technology standards and industrial application standards. Under the three categories, it was subdivided into 11 sub standard systems, such as basic standards, safety standards and reliability standards The top-level design of the standard system of intelligent tire manufacturing.
Since its establishment for more than two years, the alliance has made solid progress in promoting the construction of intelligent tire manufacturing and group standard system. With the joint efforts of its members, six of the 12 standards proposed have been completed. The meeting announced: General specification for Internet architecture of intelligent tire manufacturing and intelligent tire manufacturing Six standards, namely general specification for equipment failure prediction and health management, deployment specification for MES of tire intelligent manufacturing, general specification for Internet architecture of intelligent tire manufacturing factory, general requirements for visual management of intelligent tire manufacturing factory, and deployment specification for logistics system of intelligent tire manufacturing, will be published in 2019 It was issued on December 7, 2005 and implemented on May 7, 2020.
As of November 2019, China tire intelligent manufacturing and Standardization Alliance has 16 member units. The meeting held the awarding ceremony of the alliance member units, and the soft control Co., Ltd. was awarded the chairman unit.
At the end of the meeting, Liu Feng, Secretary General of the alliance and vice president of soft control, shared the latest development of intelligent manufacturing and the work plan of the Alliance for next year. In 2020, the alliance will continue to take standards as the lead, continuously promote the upgrading of standards, and strengthen the construction of guidance and specification for intelligent manufacturing application scenarios in rubber tire industry. The application of edge computing technology, Mr application technology and PHM application technology focused on solving the labor, quality, efficiency and standards of tire industry, and formulated a series of new standards leading the industry on the basis of solving the problems.
